Packing - what you'll need:
Government issued identification (Drivers License or Passport)
Easy to carry luggage
Small day pack or backpack for water bottle, sweater, layers, raincoat, etc.
Attire for touring/job sites:
Jeans, layers of warm clothes
Shoes: work boots or closed-toed very sturdy shoes – above a “sneaker” type of shoe for safety purposes
Layers to keep warm – will be chilly
Coat, hat, gloves if needed
Raingear in case of rain
Attire for Friday dinner:
Dressy casual or smart casual or business casual – not sportswear or active attire
Water bottle (will need to be empty if carry-on item in plane)
Lunch for bus/airport on Thursday (or money to purchase if time)
Money to buy breakfast/snacks/lunch on Sunday at airports
Snacks or money to buy snacks
Carry-on allowance on airplane
Travel-size toiletries (3-oz or less) that fit in one, quart-size, clear plastic, zip-top bag, completely closed/sealed and must be submitted for inspection separately from other carry-on baggage. (Exception: prescription medicine) Any liquids, gels, aerosols in
containers larger than three ounces must be packed in checked baggage.
You may bring food items EXCEPT camelbaks (similar backpacks and water bottles must be empty), gel-based sports supplements, gelatin, puddings, yogurts or gel-like substances.

meals are included in trip except Thursday lunch (either bring along in backpack for bus ride, or, if time allows, buy at O’Hare Airport) and breakfast on Sunday (either bring along or buy at LaGuardia)
